I'm Amy, the face behind the Seed Project!

I'm a born & bred rural gal! I have 3 little humans, Cooper- 4yo, Archie- 2yo & Amelia- 9mo, 2 dogs, 3 chooks, 3 horses & 4 fish. My favourite things are family, camping & camp fires! Quite the keen fisherman but I don’t eat fish or any seafood.
My professional background pre babies & business is banking & finance.

I started my own Virtual Assistant business in 2018 with my main driving force being that I wanted to contribute to the household income whilst still being able to spend time with my children.

My very core value is to give & share, Seed brings together everything I wish I had when starting a VA business, from the foundations, tools & resources to the backing of industry specialists & an amazing rural community (You Guys!!)

Flourish & Be You Consultancy.

A Qualified Social Worker from the Riverlands in regional South Australia who has a passion for mental health & social emotional support. Flourish & Be You Consultancy is centred around holistic well-being.

Kristin offers mental health support and therapy, designs and delivers workshops tailored to individual or group needs , NDIS - therapy and social emotional support, Counselling - covering; relationships, behavior management, grief and loss to name a few.

Kristin will take you though a workshop which explores the concepts of Self Care, Wellbeing & resilience

Rose grew up on a property with her family, married a dairy farmer and now has her very own family. 
Rose has an extensive background in all things accounting & has a passion for working along side business owners to learn to love their numbers.
It is quite common for business owners to cringe when it comes to their bookkeeping, they put it off & then it becomes a much bigger mess than necessary; during the Seed VA Start Up Program; Rose will be helping you break down some basic accounting principals & have you set up correctly from the start so that you have a clear understanding of your responsibilities & bookkeeping requirements.

Social Media and Marketing Australia

She’s a rural girl, born and bred, and a wife to Mr Farmer and mum to 3 teenagers. Jenn also founded Buy from a Bush Business, if you’re involved in that online movement!
Jenn’s passion for social media and marketing comes from her days in both law and retail. Her dream to change to the world one business owner at a time, showing them that marketing should be a priority and that social media is good thing if used right! Michelle Whitehead

Business Serenity through Wise Management & Professional Support

Michelle Whitehead is a lawyer and mediator working with online businesses. She lives on wetland acreage on the mid north coast of NSW, where she and her husband homeschool their three children and preserve habitat for the local wildlife. Tori Kopke, is a wife, mother, Texan transplant, marketing strategist and small business coach based on the family farm in the Wheatbelt of Western Australia.
She has worked with hundreds of small businesses across rural and regional Australia to help them understand their business goals, find clarity and improve their digital capacity.
Her marketing agency, 20/20 Marketing is now well into it’s fourth year of business and is focused on providing realistic digital solutions.
As a small business owner herself, she is keenly aware of the challenges others face in the regions. Late last year she co-founded Big Ideas Rural, a virtual space designed for Australian rural business women to connect and upskill from every corner of the country. Walking with women every step of their journey, celebrating wins, lifting one another up and ultimately guiding growth. This is achieved through building a strong community with innovative communication strategies including online courses, and virtual summits.
Ultimately, Tori’s passion to empower and educate rural businesses has lead to a nation wide community of entrepreneurs seeking community and knowledge. She believes no business should work in isolation or face entrepreneurial challenges alone due to their location.

Sophie is from Sophie Murfitt Design, a passionate small business that specialises in creating minimalist and meaningful design solutions for rural and regional businesses across Australia.

Soph lives in Tasmania and offers a range of services including but not limited to website design, logo creation and brand identity.

She doesn’t like to over complicate things, instead she prefers to be known for her meaningful and minimal design style inspired by clean typography, natural elements and purposeful ideas.

She admits that websites are more often than not put in the too hard basket but in her eyes a website is better than no website at all, Soph will help you get over your fear of website design and help you create a masterpiece to match your business.
